Do bonuses get accrued to the upline leader if a downline member reaches the same level as the upline?
When partners enter the Leadership program, upline leaders receive the difference between the reward levels. When partners reach the same level, leadership bonuses are not credited to the upline leader. Only units are counted, ensuring the growth of leaders up the career ladder.

How is leadership compensation awarded at different career levels?
Leadership compensation is the difference between the partner's rate level and the rate level of the partners they manage, based on the results of the products they deliver.
Example (calculated for one partner): The partner is at level 6. The rate per unit is 30 USD. The subordinate partner is at level 3. The rate per unit is 15 USD. During the reporting period, 18 units of total products were delivered by the subordinate partner. Calculation: Multiply 18 units by the difference between the higher-level and lower-level partner's rates (30 USD - 15 USD = 15 USD). 18 units x 15 USD = 270 USD. The commission for a level 6 partner for managing the structure will be 270 USD. This is just one structure with a difference of 3 levels.
